Razer Cortex's issue.

Hi, I have a problem with the Razer Cortex software. Basically, when you launch the app, the app won’t open as it should. Let me explain better: the software opens in the form of "window" in the taskbar, but does not allow full-screen viewing and also the screen that is recorded on the taskbar is white, black or nothing. I tried to restart the computer, to turn it off, to run the application as administrator, to repair and update Cortex from the appropriate menu, I uninstalled and reinstalled it and finally I also updated Windows. None of the options I listed helped me solve the problem. I also want to clarify that initially it worked, then suddenly it stopped working along with another software: Razer Synapse 3. During the period in which the software was working I did not install any application or software that could compromise the smooth operation of razer softwares. The last option I had was to contact you. I attach the following video hoping to receive support.

Exactly idem on Windows 10 😢 I hope we will have a compensation for silver lost in daily Play 2 Earn for this bug !!

We apologize for the inconvenience this issue has caused you. To quickly resolve it, please follow the below steps:

  • Exit Razer Cortex PC from System Tray
  • Go to this directory > %localappdata%\Razer\Razer Cortex\UICache
  • Delete the "UICache" folder
  • Re-launch Razer Cortex PC

We will release a new version to resolve it completely very soon. Please update your Razer Cortex to the latest version after our new release.
