Razer Cortex Squad Rewards Accidentally Redeemed
Hi, I would like to know if support team could return our squad hours since the squad leader accidentally redeemed the rewards.

Thank you for posting your inquiry here. It's the first time that we get feedback on this issue. We are sorry that your leader has redeemed the competition rewards. But we cannot return your squad gameplay time to you since this may be unfair to other participants and fair play is one of the most important principles in Squad Rewards Competition.
However, if we get more feedback on this issue from our users and most users indeed have the same requirement as you, we may consider improving our rules in the next season's Squad Rewards.
