Razer Cortex System Boost - Stuck on HTML Help 21%

Hello, I've been trying to use the System Booster on Razer Cortex and it keeps getting stuck at 21% on HTML Help? Is there a fix to this?

• Could you please let us know this issue occurred when you were scanning or when you were optimizing?
• Could you please let us know it kept stuck all the time or it stuck at 21% every time, then, back to normal after the stuck?
• Could you please provide us with your Cortex logs for us to further investigate this issue? Please zip your log here C:\\Program Files (x86)\\Razer\\Razer Cortex\\Log, then, upload it to a Cloud service and PM us the link.
