Razer Cortex Wishlist not updating - reinstall not worked

Hi, I cant get Razer cortex to import any of my wishlists, steam or GOG. I've removed and reinstalled and nothing works. I have looked at other previous suggestions and they suggest steps that i have already tried. It goes through the process (the account is connected) and then just says "import failed". Advice please. Thanks
