Razer cynos chroma is not working at all

i just bought my kayboard and it was working fine. I turned on my PC but the keyboard was not turning on, it didnt turn on leds. I wanted to type the password but the keyboard just wasnt working si to do it i used another keyboard. I reistlled the razer synaps 3. And nothing. The computer didnt detect this keyboard. I changed usb ports. And i was so angry that i randomly started to slam my kerboar and it turned on. It was working fine till i didnt turn of the PC. Next morning i tryed to type some randome combinations to activate it. Any idea what is the combination? Or what is the problem?

    Hi there! have you tried using it with another PC to see if the same issue persists?
