Razer Cynosa Chroma B key not working

On my Cynosa Chroma, the B key hasn't been working for a long time and I don't know what's wrong. I removed the key, and nothing looks wrong. I took out another key for comparison and they both look exactly the same so I can't tell what is wrong with it. pls help. thx Edit: forgot to mention that pressing it down doesn't do anything. When i press it down, no B at all. When i removed the key, i tried pressing down the inside thingy and nothing happened either.

    Did you've reset your keyboard in Synapse? Or try creating new profile inside Synapse. Also you can check it on other PC if it's the same or not.

    I made a new profile on razer synapse and reset my keyboard. After that didn't work I plugged it into another computer and my B key still didn't work.
