razer cynosa chroma but no lights while gaming

i bought a new razer cynosa chroma a few days ago but its some problems while gaming, playing cs go the light turns off when im exit the game lights turns back on, on a few games there is lights and some don't, how do i fix it

    and yes when the game is window and running in the background the lights turns on but when i get back to the game it turns off
