Razer Cynosa Chroma Drivers Not Installing! (Help Needed) (Support Called)

Ive tried to fix this, even got support. Nothing worked at all, so I got transfered to higher support, no email yet. On my editing pc, it works just fine, but on my actual pc that I bought this specifically for, it doesnt work. Windows doesnt even bother to setup the drivers. Does anyone here have a fix? I cant even find driver downloads. It just takes me to the synapse 3 download. (Which I Have) It says that i need to turn off visualizer, did that, now not detected. I might go get a refund and switch over to logitech because of this. Is there anyway I can fix this? Please let me know in the replies below, thanks! EDIT: Nothing shows up in device manager under keyboards, and human interface devices! EDIT 2: Ive recieved level 2 of support. Im going to upload logs today.
