Hello I have a problem with my razer cynosa croma keyboard .The problem is that ı cant type anymore with the keyboard when I have the keyboard connected it only turns on the rainbow effect but I can not type please Help :/

Was it working before? If so, I'm not sure how but the keyboard may have been stuck in demo mode. Please PM me the serial number so I can validate the model and look into possible model-specific fixes.
