    Can you try the keyboard on another PC without Synapse installed?

    I just had a problem where the print screen and scroll lock buttons on my keyboard got flipped. Maybe that is what was happening to yours. I am using a BlackWidow V4 Mini Hyperspeed. It took me a few minutes to figure out that was the issue. After digging into why this might be happening, I saw that the keyboard was no longer connected to Synapse. So, I guess when the keyboard disconnects from Synapse, it goes to some other keyboard layout. I am not exactly sure that is the case, but if it is, I can't image why Synapse would use a different layout than the default.
