Today, after few years of owning a Cynosa Chroma keyboard fn & F keys stopped working. This includes volume keys (F1- to F3), forward, stop/ play, backwards (F5- to F7), game mode(F10) and increase/ decrease light (F11-F12). I have tried to switch usb ports (at least 4 of them - usb 2.0 & 3.0), re-install synapse, drivers, reset keyboard, etc.
Does anyone have any suggestions?

Does it make any different when Synapse is active or not? If possible, test it on a different computer just to check. Please drop me a PM if the same issue persists along with your keyboard’s serial number so I can look for other workarounds to help resolve the problem.
