Razer Cynosa Chroma help

So i got a razer Cynosa chroma today and it was working fine and everything.It was working withb my synapse but then i had a windows update i downloaded it and went somewhere else.When i come back everything is okay but when i try to connect the Cynosa Chroma to the Synapse 3 it doesnt connect.I have trying fixing the software and uninstalling.I am thinking of wiping the software but before i d any halp.BTW the keyboard still works its just the synapse

Its not the software problem beacuse i have a mouse that works just fine with the software.

By this, do you mean to say that the app is no longer detecting the keyboard? If so, please perform a clean install of Synapse and device drivers by following this guide. Send me the serial number along with a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager if the problem persists. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
