Razer Cynosa Chroma key error

Hi. My keyboard is Razer Cynosa Chroma. Pressing the F key does this FG and Pressing the 5 key does this 45 I tried on another computer but the problem is the same Edit: Pressing the 1 key does this 12

    How long have you had the keyboard? This is highly likely a hardware issue, but PM me your serial number so I can look into possible firmware solutions.

    Please PM me the serial number of your keyboard, so I can check if your Cynosa variant has a firmware update available.

    i think thats it so i am waiting for your answer (and on my keyboard when i want to press "q" it write "qw" and when i want to press number two it goes to the begining of the sentence and the last thing is that when i want to write number two + shift it delete all sentence) maybe it would help you with solving my problem. And sorry for my english btw Edit: or its RZ03-0"two""two"60100-R3M1 these "two" are of course numbers
