Razer Cynosa Chroma not working properly.

When i press the L key it writes a K too. i got the problem yesterday. its a bit annoying when i use the L key. i already tried to use it on a other pc still got the problem and the other pc havent got synapse 3. Anyone got a solution?

    Hi everyone! Thanks for sharing your concern on our Support thread. Does the issue happen when connecting the keyboard to a different port on your PC? How about to a different computer? Have you isolated the concern by logging in as a guest or dummy Razer Synapse account?
