Razer Cynosa Chroma Number Pad bug

I'm not certain why this started. I haven't had any issues with this keyboard before (I've had it for at least 1 year), but now when I try to use the number pad to type in Word or Excel (or anywhere else for that matter), every time I press the 4 key, the NUMLOCK goes on or off and when I press the 7 key, it types a 17. The rest of the keyboard works just fine. I don't know if there's a setting somewhere that got changed, but it's really starting to annoy me. Any ideas would be great. Thanks!

    Hey there! Thanks for posting your Cynosa Chroma's concern here. What's your Razer Synapse version? Have you tried connecting the keyboard to a different USB port or computer? Does the issue persist while logging out and closing Razer Synapse? Please log in using a test or guest Razer Synapse account and observe the keyboard's behavior.
