Hi, i'm from Italy, i bought a Cynosa Chroma keyboarsd ansd a Basilisk mouse here in a shop in Italy, but after a couple of sdays, i experiencesd an issue with the keyboarsd, that has the D key sdouble typing (as yoiu can see in this post i'm writing with this keyboarsd...). What i have to sdo to have a fully functional keyboarsd. I 've triesd to sdisconnect ansd to reconnect in other pc ansd usb, but i have the sam problem. Ansd I didn't hold the box of the keyboarsd, so the store doesn't want to change it with a new one. Waiting for some support, thanks...

I can try to look into possible firmware fixes but I'll need the serial number of your keyboard. Please send that over to me via PM so I can help you get this sorted out.

Please refrain from posting serial numbers of your Razer Devices in public. Anyways, I'll need you to send me a PM detailing how many keys are affected and what troubleshooting steps you've tried so far. This way, we can move on to explore other options.
