Hi all. I bought the Razer Cynosa Chroma v2 recently. Everything is working great except that the Left Shift button makes a squeaky noise when clicked on. It is a button that I use often, and it is very annoying as it sounds like a rat is hiding in my room...
Is there a quick fix for this? I tested all other keys, and only the Left Shift button is making the squeaky noise.

Since this is a hardware-related problem, you can opt to get it replaced depending on the severity of the issue. I'd appreciate it if you can put up a short clip detailing the issue.

Edit:
Hi there. Anyone know a quick fix for this issue. Would really prefer to avoid the hassle of return/replace the keyboard. Very happy with the keyboard other than that unbearable squeaky noise ~ sounds like a mouse is hiding in the room...

@sighynde You can try to remove>clean>reseat the keycap. It is possible that something got caught up inside. I would still recommend getting a replacement instead of looking into DIY fixes that may cause more damage.

Awesome, thanks! I did the "remove>clean>reseat" and it now works like a charm.
