Razer Cynosa Chroma: 'w' key misregistering

Hi, Had this keyboard for around a month and I love it so far (bought of amazon.co.uk). Today I went on my computer, used it and the keyboard no problem for around an hour and decided to load up Rocket League on Steam (I have no idea if this is relevant just putting in context). I opened up the game and was dismayed to find that when i pressed the 'w' key to go forward, the keyboard also registered a keypress of the 'e' key and now (outside of Rocket League), most of the time when i press down the 'w' key and hold, it types 'weeeee'. Don't think this is software related as I have noticed if I press the 'w' key very lightly and I don't reach the bottom of the press it registers a 'w' key like normal. If there is anything you can do to help it would be great, Thanks.

Hey there! Thanks for posting this on our Support thread. Sorry to hear about your keyboard's odd behavior. By the way, does the issue happen while connecting it to a different port in your PC or to a different PC? If it does, please log out from Razer Synapse and observe. If the issue is still present, please send me a PM. Let's continue from there.
