Looking through this forum there seem be a few people with the same issue. From what i can remember i got this keyboard 1 year ago for my son at xmas but now the esc and F1 - F12 keys are no longer working.
I have tried the factory reset method with no help.
Is this a well known issue and a faulty product?

+1Not working at all? Or the main funcion of these keys is not working, but multimedia keys are working instead?
If you’re using Synapse 4 just exit the app (right click on Razer Central icon in tray and exit all apps, because there’s a bug that forces 2nd function of the F keys (it just works like you press the FN key all the time or some FN lock).
Hello, i got the same issue after i have re installed windows and synapse… Esc key and F keys stopped fonctionning since last week (first week of October)
Cant even remap the Esc key to somewhere else as you need to press the key to be mapped…
I turned off Synapse from start but still nothing ...
