"Razer Cynosa Lite" doesnt let me press "control + W + A or D" at the same time

I'll explain. if i'm in overwatch, i'll be running around and I press my caps lock to talk. while i'm holding W. everything is good. until I try to press A or D. if i'm holding caps and W at the same time I CANNOT use A or D. I press them and I just keep running straight. and on the flip side. if i'm holding caps lock and I press A OR D, then I cant press W. what is the issue? is this intended? I would never have bought this keyboard otherwise. I do like how quiet the keyboard is but i'll 100% be getting a new one if this is intended.
