Hi Everyone,



I am going through some really troublesome warranty process with the store that I bought my Razer Bundle (mouse keyboard and headset). The mouse and the headset were perfect, but the keyboard had an issue i never had with any other keyboard. When i am playing games and moving with A + W (diagonally) i need to press a third key simuteniously which is N or M, however the keyboard wouldnt register it. If the third key is G or T for example it would work properly, but for some keys it wouldnt. Here is a video : https://streamable.com/kqa647



Anyone else using Razer Cynapse Lite that can try do the same thing and tell me if it registers the M or N as a third key pressed?



PS. I just wrote a case to razer since the "autorized service" in my country says that there is no issue with the keyboard, while any other keyboard is able to do simple tasks like that.

Does the problem only occur when the Razer Synapse is running in the background? Were there any changes made to your device before the issue? Connect the keyboard to a different USB port or computer and check if it behaves the same. Also, ensure that the device is connected directly to your computer's USB port.
