Razer Cynosa Lite multiple key problem.

Hello, First of all sorry if I type something wrong, English is not my main language. I recently bought Razer Cynosa Lite within my local store and there is pretty much no problem with it at all. But when I started to play my game I noticed I can't use all the keys required to do some functions in the game. I couldn't explained properly but let me share an example. When I use my "W" key and some key random like "TAB", I can't use other specific keys like "T,U,G,H,B,N". And this also combines with other keys as well. Like "CTRL", "C" and "G" for example. I don't think there is a problem with the anti-ghosting that built-in the keyboard but it's pretty interesting because it doesn't get effected by all the keys. Just pressing one and it triggers some others not to work. I checked it on Synapse and nothing seems wrong, everything is updated and also tried the usb 2.0 and 3.0 port differences. Help. Best regards.

Does the issue happen while the Razer Synapse is closed or disabled? Please connect the keyboard to a different USB port or computer and see if the behavior persists. I’ll be locking this thread now.
