Razer Cynosa Lite Toggle Key Indicator Sometimes Not Turning

I got a problem with my Cynosa Lite that I bought 2 days ago, I found out sometimes the toggling key indicator not turning on/off while I pressed it, the Windows/PC is already registered the key (example: if i press the capslock key, the led indicator sometimes will not turn on, but the my text already be capslocked). Here the example: is it normal or my Cynosa Lite is faulty?

    Do you get the same results with and without Synapse running in the background? If so, there's not much that I can do since this could easily be a PCB issue. Either way, send the serial number of the keyboard to me so I can check for possible firmware solutions. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
