I bought my razer cynosa two months ago, and it stopped working on my computer, I tested on my brother's laptop and it was working normally, I looked for some errors and saw that some people solved the error by clicking the keys ESC+ CAPS + CTRL, but it was not my case, I managed to reverse the rainbow collors to the normal state, and I had no success. (I've already done theinstallation and uninstallation of all drivers and razer synapse.)
