Razer Cynosa Stopped working

My Razer Cynosa just stopped working with an error message saying that "this USB device is not recognized." Ever since I got the keyboard it would randomly connect and disconnect, but would work. Now it does not. I uninstalled and reinstalled all drivers, did a hard reset (Esc + Caps Lock keys) and still not working. How can this keyboard be fixed?

Have you contacted our Support Team? Have you tried plugging it into different USB slots and check if the issue persists? You can also plug the device into a different PC so we can identify what's causing the issue. Ensure to connected directly to a USB port, not on a hub.
