I was using my Cynosa when it cut off and windows notified me that "It doesn't recognize the device"

In Device Manager it is listed as "Unknown USB Device (Device Descriptor Failed)" and that status reads "

Windows has stopped this device because it has reported problems. (Code 43) A request for the USB device descriptor failed."



I have tried connecting it to different USB ports and different devices to no avail.
