My RAZER CYNOSA V2 keyboard was just bought for 2 months, and it just stop working this morning suddenly, not detected and the windows told me the USB device is malfunctioning.

The worst thing is that when i try to search for the warranty service, i am in Hong Kong, and it seems there is no where for any repair centre, not just like normal home applicates.

I can almost tell I will never buy any Razer product anymore....
Did you've tried it on other PC?

Where did you bought your keyboard? If in some local shop, then RMA it in the local shop - they'll do the rest.
Is it a local online shop, finally I found the wholesaler agent to take the responsibility.

Unfortunately their office hour is same as my office hour, it is a joke for the 2-year warranty.



btw, may i ask what RMA stand for?

edit: just found RMA = Return Merchandise Authorization
