Razer Cynosa v2 QWERTY row randomly stopped working | Razer Insider

Hello everyone!



I purchased a Cynosa v2 a few months ago and it has been functioning great. I recently purchased a Razer mousepad and after updating Synapse, configured the colors for mousepad and keyboard. Soon after, I noticed that the QWERTY row of my keyboard stopped working from 'tab' to 'del'. I have tried unplugging the keyboard, restarting my computer, updating my OS, doing a hard reset of my keyboard using 'esc', Caps Lock, and the Space Bar. After none of these worked, I tried plugging the Cynosa into my laptop without Synapse, but the same issues persisted. I've plugged an old keyboard into my PC and it is functioning fine. I'm not sure what else to try...is they keyboard busted? What should I do?



Also, the colors on the keyboard are still functioning, even in the keys that are not working.
Can you reset or reprogram the affected keys using Razer Synapse? Have you tried reinstalling the drivers of your device? Please send me the serial number of your Razer Cynosa V2 so I can take a closer look and find a better solution. Let's go from there.
