Razer cynose key input problems

Got this keyboard a year ago, and worked fine and all. But then after I wanted to change the RGB using synopsis, the keyboard started doing weird. Those things were fixed and all during the course of time(and patches) but now there is a problem that when I use "esc" it also simultaneously presses the "~" button(button below esc) and vice versa. Tried changing lay-out in Windows keyboard with no success

    Do you get the same results with or without Synapse running in the background and do you have any macros enabled at the moment?
