Razer Cynoza V2 Lights unable to show except on the keys f9,10,11,12 & Pause Break.
The keyboard is refusing to display any lighting and stopped the illumination all of the sudden.
Please advise.

I’m here to help. I understand your Razer Cynosa V2 is having lighting issues where only specific keys are illuminated. Make sure to connect your keyboard directly to the computer and not a USB hub. If the device is already directly plugged into the computer, try a different USB port. Please also perform the troubleshooting in this article to resolve the problem.
