I’m sorry to hear about your Razer DeathAdder V2 Pro having issues connecting to its dongle. I’d appreciate it if you could PM a list of all the troubleshooting you have tried to avoid providing repetitive steps. Also, send me a screenshot from the Device Manager so I can check if there are USB devices and a mouse detected. You can upload the sharable file to Google Drive along with the device serial number.
