after 2  months da v2prohas connect issue i try all solutions but I cant fix how can I do?

I’d appreciate it if you could PM a list of all the troubleshooting you have tried to avoid providing repetitive steps. Also, send me a screenshot from the Device Manager so I can check if there are USB devices and a mouse detected. You can upload the sharable file to Google Drive along with the device serial number.
