So, I have no clue what exactly is wrong with my mouse or my computer but I can’t seem to find anything on how to fix it. When I open Razer Synapse it shows me the mouse like normal, but the mouse has a green circle that is spinning. After spinning for a little bit the circle completely stops. and it won’t allow me to change any of the mouse settings. I am stuck from customizing anything about the mouse. 

Is there some way to fix this or am I just screwed?
