Hello I am having problems connecting the mouse,
I have razer 4 and its showing only “Detecting Device” but not connecting
Any help?

Can you uninstall your mouse drivers by following the steps from this link and check if the issue continues? If it does, please send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and check for applicable troubleshooting steps that might address the connection issue you're currently experiencing.
