My mouse stopped working all of a sudden today. Do I need to update the software? Last install in 2018 was installUserTesting v2 pkg Please help.

    By this, do you mean it stopped tracking or is it completely off without power/lighting? Do send me the serial number and a screenshot of how it appears on the Device Manager. For now, try to perform a clean installation of the app and drivers by following this guide. *Thread locked to curb the conversation to PMs.
