Hi I got the razer death adder elite as a Christmas gift.

I been using it after Christmas but I noticed that when I scroll down my mouse wheel started to make a squeak noise. I have no idea what causing this.

Does anyone know whats causing this squeak noise? Because this is new.
I recently switched to the DeathAdder Elite and I can hear a rolling sound of sorts whenever I use the scroll wheel. Do you mind sharing a short clip detailing the squeaking noise?

Yeah sure

Yup, I can definitely hear the sharp squeaky noise. I highly recommend that you send it in for a replacement. PM me the serial number of your mouse so I can create an RMA ticket.
