Razer Deathadder button 4 & 5 not working.
Hey, I own my Deathadder for about 2-3 years and recently I tried to bind my mouse 4 and 5 button and it did not work for some reason. Tried in multiple games, also in razer synapse tried macros and binding it to do some actions and had no success. I did factory reset the device, also unplugged and plugged in the mouse at a different input. I tried searching online and no luck , can't find a solution please help!!
EDIT: Just found out sensitivity up/down buttons are also not functioning for some reason. Apparently only mouse1, mouse2 and mouse3 are working.

JADEOliveventure961Is the Razer Synapse running in the background when the issue occurs? Have you connected it to a different computer and see if it behaves the same? Let's isolate the behavior by following the steps from this link. Let's check if it helps.
