razer deathadder chroma not detected in synapse 2

hi i have tried everything from unistalling, pluging the cables in....everything. im on windows 1903, bought used mouse, the chroma is there(but it is not sycing,2 colors),all buttons work but i can't get the synapse to work. i also have blackwidow 2014 which is recognised. in device manager my deathadder chroma is detected as my keyboard(blackwidow) , i tried unistalling the drivers. completely wiping off hidden razer data and nothing works Edit: found out that the owner had bought it from ebay for 20€ with a box, and the serial is fake. so anyone knows if there is anykind of software to control my lighting,atleast dpi? thanks
