Razer Deathadder Elite - Clicking Problems

For 15 days, sometimes my mice click twice and sometimes it doesn't even click. I haven't tried any solutions yet, I have never used Synapse regularly before. I haven't done any firmware updates or update my mice. Since i was using Razer Deathadder Elite, i hadn't done any harm to it.

    Hey, I would update everything in regards to the mouse, as in the Synapse and all firmware that is available. If that doesn't work, I would get in touch with the Support Department, since there could be a defect on the mouse itself.

      I am downloading Synapse right now, but i already did it yesterday nothing changed except me losing my old mouse profile.

      What type of grip do you have when using your mouse? Could that be a factor? Your clicking issue, does it only happen when using your pc? Have you tried on a different pc?

      My grip type is fingertip, it happens on a different pc too, it is not something physical in my opinion. By the way i just downloaded the Synapse, it did its updates by itself, should i record a macro and post it here ?

      It may be a good idea since there may be other people that may be able to help. If the issue still persist, there may be a defect with the mouse, especially since it happens when you use it with other computers.

      Hey @Balina, I always recommend reinstalling device drivers before anything else. Do send me a PM with the serial number of your DeathAdder Elite so I can look into possible firmware fixes.
