Razer Deathadder Elite constantly freezing

Ok so my deathadder has been with me for almost 3 solid years but out of the blue it started freezing everytime i basically move it or lift it off so heres what i did trying to fix it: -Re-Installed razer synapse 3 (more than 6 times) -Cleaned the sensor with alcohol like really alot -went to a computer shop that dismantled it and checked what's wrong inside (they found nothing wrong somehow they even refused to let me pay a single penny because there was nothing) but there's something the usb cable of the mouse is in a bad condition theres even a part of it where if i touch it i get electrocutioned would changing the cable do an impact and fix this?
