Hello everyone !
In 2018 my previous Razer mouse died (a Razer DeathAdder v2). I will add that during all the lifetime of this device (around 6 years), I experienced absolutely no software or hardware issues (mouse got old, clicking started to fail, got a replacement).
As a replacement I have bought the Razer Deathadder Elite. And with it came Synapse… Oh Razer Synapse… What a software…It proves to me how much a software can fail you while a simple driver can just do its job and work well.
Ever since I had synapse involved I ran into MANY software issues that keep getting more and more annoying.
The last issue is that my mouse keeps getting disconnected. Not for long, but for at least 3~5s and regularly (once every 20mn). So I upgraded my Synapse version. The issue remains.
So I followed this thread. Performed a full uninstall of drivers, upgraded Synapse to the last possible version (4.0.86.2505230700). Now, not only my mouse keep getting disconnected, but also my keyboard (Razer BlackWidow v4x) (As we speak I am struggling to just type this message whyyyyyyyyyyyile my keyboard disconnects every few seconds…)
What is going on ?
Leads I have tried:
- Uninstall Razer Synapse
- Not working
- Uninstall all drivers, uninstall and re install Razer Synapse
- Not working
- Close Razer Synapse and reboot
- Not working
How can I solve this issue ? And have stable connections of all my devices ?
