I have a deathadder elite and always used the Synapse Software to change my DPI.

Suddenly this stoped working.

When im pressing the Mousebuttons to change sensivity, i can see the DPI options i chose in the software on the screen but it doesnt have an effect on the mouse speed. 

Only way to make dpi works is when i turn off razer synapse - but i can only choose beetwen fabrical settings, which is very uncomfortable for me.

 

Every other Aspect like changing the color of the mouse with Razer Synapse still works fine.
Only DPI causes problems.

 

Ive already tried a lot of things:
Deinstalling all of Razer Software and Re-installed it.

“Repair” Software

Newest Version of Software

Numberous reboots of computer

Plug in and out the Mouse with closed and opened Software.

Nothing works.

 

 

Please help, cause im used to use different options of DPI in different Games.

If DPI cannot be adjusted through Synapse, the issue is more likely a software issue. Are you still able to manually change the DPI sensitivity? To further isolate the issue, try testing your mouse on another computer. Make sure that your mouse is directly connected to a USB port. Make sure to perform a clean re-installation of Razer Synapse here.
