razer deathadder elite dpi or color not changed help me

hello I am writing with translation deathadder elite when synapse 2 is installed, it seems that dpi and color do not change, but when i install the same synapse 3 with the old dpi and the color, the color changes, dpi is still the same synapse is off, I did the video while I was not sure that I did not update the firmware via the button but I did not make sure I did the firmware update.
