Razer Deathadder elite scrolling issue

I recently bought a brand new Deathadder elite, but when connecting it I realized it wouldnt scroll. The scroll click works just fine, its just scrolling that doesnt work for some reason. I've tried uninstalling synapse and reinstalling. Changed the buttons in Synapse and the windows settings, but nothing seems to help. Any suggestions?

    Is the mouse connected directly to your PC? I recommend uninstalling the mouse drivers via Device Manager. If possible, test your DeathAdder Elite on another machine. Send me a PM should the problem persist so we can further isolate the issue.
