Razer Deathadder Elite Sensitivity issues

My Razer Deathadder Elite has been working very well for over a year, but a few days ago, I started having sensitivity issues. On Razer Synapse, I usually play at 400dpi. Now, while I'm not in a game, I feel like I have 20dpi, it's really slow for some reason, but when I launch a game, it goes back to normal. I have tried to run Razer Synapse as administrator, but nothing has worked so far.

    This could easily be a corrupt cloud-saved profile. That said, I would still highly recommend that you perform a clean installation of Synapse 3.0 and mouse drivers by following this guide. Send me the serial number of your mouse if the problem persists. *Locking the thread to curb the conversation to PMs.
