Dear Razer,



Please support me the software is synapse or central is not working always showing transparent screen
Do you have .net 4.8 installed also MS Visual C++? If no install them, if yes - reinstall.

Then do a clean Synapse install:





  • Uninstall Synapse

  • Download & run this tool: https://rzr.to/Tf53xj to remove any razer drivers/leftovers

  • Then restart your PC

  • After reboot install Synapse again (as administrator).

Are you connected to a VPN or corporate network? Please try joining another network and see if the behavior persists.
