Razer Deathadder Elite Thumb Button issues

I've had my Razer Deathadder Elite for a little more than 3 years now. Today one of the thumb buttons suddenly stopped functioning normally. I have to hold it down really hard for around a second before it will press, and when I press it normally nothing happens. I've reinstalled razer synapse and restarted, and it still isn't fixed.

    This is most likely a hardware issue. For troubleshooting, please use an online mouse tester to see if the button is registering the click. If it's possible for you, test it on another PC without Synapse installed. Otherwise, you can disable the Synapse on your PC and try if it will work. If the problem persists, you might want to bring it to your local technician and have the switches replaced as our Limited Warranty Policy only covers mice for two years.
