Dear Razer Support Team,

I hope this message finds you well. I recently purchased and registered a Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro - Wireless Esports Gaming Mouse (EU Packaging), Serial Number: PM2525H35000609, and while the mouse functions perfectly, I have noticed that the scroll wheel has developed a persistent squeaking noise.

At first, I assumed it might be dust or dirt, but the issue has persisted over the months despite careful cleaning. This squeaking is quite noticeable and distracting during use, and I am concerned about the long-term impact on the mouse’s performance.

Could you please advise on possible solutions or whether this might be covered under warranty? I have kept my proof of purchase and registration confirmation from 09/09/2025, as requested.

Thank you very much for your assistance.

Hey there, @DaniDiesel27

I understand that you’re experiencing an issue with your Razer DeathAdder V4 Pro, specifically a persistent squeaking noise coming from the scroll wheel.

Could you please confirm if you have already tried using a can of compressed air under the affected scroll wheel area? This can help dislodge any dust, dirt, or debris that may be stuck inside the mechanism and could be causing the squeaking.

Please send me a PM along with your device’s serial number  and proof of purchase/receipt in PDF format so I can check its warranty details for a possible warranty claim. You can upload your proof of purchase to your Google Drive and send me the link. Make sure that the link is set the sharing settings to "Anyone with the link can view". Thank you!
