I have a RAZER DEATHADDER ESSENTIAL - ERGONOMIC WIRED GAMING MOUSE.
the problem is that when i scroll up or down,sometimes it works normally but other times the scroll takes several seconds,like i scroll downwards buthe scroll gets registered after a few seconds. Please HELP

Let me help you with your mouse. Can you clean your scroll wheel with a can of compressed air to blow away any accumulated dust and dirt? Please also send me a PM with the serial number so I can verify it in our system and look for troubleshooting steps that might address the scroll wheel issue you're currently experiencing.
