Anyone know why it wont go in a staight horizontal line when moving left and right? moves downward when going to the right.

Probably because your mouse is slighty rotated to the left, so you won't do straight line (moving mouse from left to right).
Be sure, that mouse (sensor) is perfectly aligned at 90*
