Hello Razer Support Team,

 

I would like to ask for technical assistance and verification regarding my Razer mouse.

 

I have a Razer DeathAdder Essential mouse that was purchased from Noon and brought to me as a gift from Saudi Arabia. The mouse is not being detected when connected to a computer.

 

Product details:

 

- Product: Razer DeathAdder Essential

- Model Number: RZ01-03850

- Serial Number: IO2508H20660206

 

I have tried connecting the mouse to different USB ports and also tested it on another computer, but it is still not recognized.

 

At this stage, I am not requesting a replacement or warranty service. I would like to understand the possible cause of this issue and also kindly ask you to confirm whether this product is genuine.

 

I have attached a photo of the mouse showing the serial number for your reference.
